5 Easy Steps
1. Choose a fundraiser date, location, and time, then complete the Request Form.
2. Once your event is confirmed, Gordon Biersch will send you a personalized event flyer for printing.
3. Spread the word! Distribute as many flyers as possible to promote your event. A flyer must be presented with each order to receive credit for the fundraiser.
4. Relax and celebrate while we serve great food during your event.
5. Turn great food into funds: your organization will earn 15% (pre-tax) from each sale when a fundraiser flyer is presented at the register. Fundraiser checks are mailed 4–6 weeks after the event.
Tips for Success
Distribute flyers at large gatherings, group meetings, training sessions, and sporting events.
Announce your fundraiser on your organization's website and include a link to download the PDF of your personalized flyer.
Email the flyer to family, friends, coworkers, and school contacts to help spread the word.
Share the fundraiser through your school or event's P.A. system when possible.
Promote the event across your social media channels to maximize participation.
